Policy

You must place your order by 1:00 PM Eastern time Monday through Friday to receive your order by the 3rd, 2nd business day or next business day (PM) depending on shipping option.

• We cannot ship internationally or to Puerto Rico at this time
• All delivery times shown are estimates.
• UPS will not guarantee arrival dates of packages. Please keep this in mind if time is critical.
• Days in transit begins on the first business day after an order is shipped.
• All transit days are business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays).
• All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Florida.
• UPS does not deliver for annetteonline.com on Saturdays or Sundays, or on national and federal holidays.
• Sorry, but we cannot deliver to P.O. boxes or to military APO/FPO addresses.

All orders are covered by loss insurance. If for some reason a shipment is lost, Annetteonline will replace as soon as we are notified with no additional shipping charge.
