You may return or exchange all undamaged, unused items purchased at Annetteonline.com within 2 weeks of the original delivery. All returned items must include the original labels and packaging. If the merchandise is damaged, used, or without labels, we will be unable to credit your account or exchange for other product. For exchanges, please return the unwanted product and order the new one. We will credit you once we get your returned item. The purchaser is responsible for return shipping charges. Once your return has been approved ( 1-2 business days), we will issue a refund to the credit card you used on the origional purchase ( 3-4 business days). If your order was not an inmediate shipping order and your return window shows as expired after your enter the info below, please email us at sharon@annetteinternational.com for a Return Authorization.
